Description

I find that many of these standing exercises are more challenging than some traditional floor exercises. Sometimes it good to change things up and challenge your mind and body in a different way.

This routine will challenge your balance and increase stabiliser strength. You will be toning muscles, adding strength and endurance.

The stabilising muscles in your legs, glutes and hips will feel the burn as we focus on your balance. We are going to be challenging your core strength and stability throughout the routine.

I love that you can do this routine anywhere as no equipment is required. However, you can choose to layer in more of a challenge by using light hand weights.
