Happy Halloween ... grab a pumpkin 🎃, hand weights or a medicine ball and join me for a fun challenging workout that will have your legs and glutes on fire. 

Glute strength is so important to help stabilise your pelvis so that you move better, stand better & exercise with more control. It’s important to keep your glutes  strong and this workout will build strength whilst toning and lifting. 

Halloween costumes are optional 😜.
