This 30 minute Intermediate Flow will challenge your whole body as we work through a beautiful consistent flow of Pilates exercises. Itโ€™s the perfect workout if you are short on time and in need of an effective, fun workout.

Roll over, Roll up, spine curl, spine stretch, scissors, waist twist, seated saw, these are just some of the exercises we focus on. I will guide you through each exercise enabling you to move safely and effectively.
