I am so looking forward to sharing this 20 minute ‘Upper Body ‘ workout with you.

You don’t need any equipment. We will use your own body weight to add challenge and variety.

Our focus will be on your arms, shoulders, waist, obliques and spine. It is great for your posture, for building strength and stamina.

Movement should be fun so remember to enjoy these fabulous strengthening body weight exercises.

Whether you are doing this as a short effective class or as part of the ‘8-Day Challenge’ remember to breathe, relax and enjoy.
