Description

POWER Pilates has all the principles of a Mat based Pilates class: control, alignment, breathe, movement. The pace of the class is however much faster and you have the option to use small hand weights or food tins throughout the class.

We will squat, lunge and plank our way through this 20-minute workout which is sure to raise your heart rate, challenge you and leave you feeling energized.

A short but heart pumping effective class that kickstarts the release of those post workout happy endorphins x
