Day 6 of our ‘8-Day Challenge’ and its time for you to enjoy this 2 in 1, Glutes and Core workout.

This is a much requested class and a short taster of Donna's Thursday lunchtime ‘Zoom' Class.

During this 20 minutes routine you will go through movements that target your glutes, hamstrings and core. No equipment is needed.

It is an intense, fast paced workout and I just know you are going to love it.

Whether you are doing this as a short effective class or as part of the ‘pi Challenge’ remember to breathe, relax and enjoy.
