Using a couple of different weight kettlebells (or dumbbells if that's all you have access to), we hit the lower body, the upper body, and the core in this circuit that packs a powerful punch. Join me for this low impact, strengthening workout. (I'm using a 15lb and 25lb kettlebell and mat during this sesh.)
