Now that we got that out of of the way (thanks friend). Today's workout will focus on our abs kick boxing styles cardio. We will be working in supersets 1 cardio move followed by 1 abs move. I do use my weight and jumprope for a couple moves but both are optional and I show you how to do the moves without.

So grab your mat and some water and get ready to work!
