Seasons Greetings! ‘Tis the season to stay in shape and not gain the dreaded holiday L-B’s. Join me in this 3-part Holiday Fitness Series (HFS) that will keep you moving and in shape throughout the holiday season!

This is Part 3 of the HFS. Follow along

The Workout:

Equipment: pair of moderate dumbbells, mat and water

Warm-up

5 Blocks

3 exercises each

45 seconds work/15 seconds rest/30 seconds rest between rounds/1 minute rest between blocks
