Happy Thanksgiving! This Tabata class is a quick way to burn calories fast (so we can enjoy lots of apple pie!!) You'll need a light set of dumbbell weights & a mat. I offer both high & low impact options, so this class is appropriate for all fitness levels! For those not familiar with Tabata, it's high intensity interval training in sets of 20 secs of work with 10 secs of rest (short burst of intensive exercise!) Gobble, gobble!
