Description

Grab your little one and let's workout together! Here is a FULL WORKOUT straight from my virtual class. This routine is safe and effective if you have recently given birth and focuses on diastasis recti repair and recovery. If you are not working out with your baby, have a pair of moderate dumbbells available to use as well as a mat.
