Description
Hey guys, welcome back to my channel for a total core workout. This 20 minute ab workout is great if you're at home or really anywhere there's enough space for you to lie down. It requires no equipment, which makes it great for any scenario.
You cannot pick and choose where your body loses fat from, so no core workout out is going to be just belly fat burning. BUT, through proper diet and exercise your body will start to lose belly fat, and when that happens all these core workouts will show themselves in the form of sexy abs. Plus, it's extremely beneficial to have a strong core.
This video is partially talk through style, as I explain how to do each exercise during the rest periods to make it easy to follow along. Think about it like almost having your own personal trainer ;)
