Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for an at home workout session Monday Bunday!

Todays workout focus is to grow your glutes with this booty band workout. If you want a perkier, more round butt you're in the right place. This workout will help you build muscle which will help give you the shape you're after.

Today we're going to be using just a booty band and bodyweight today. This can absolutely be done as a bodyweight glute workout if you don't have a band. I've linked the band I'm using below if you want to snatch one up. In addition to the band you will also need a surface that's around knee height or so, this can be a couch, chair, bench, whatever. Get creative just make sure whatever you choose is sturdy.

Today's butt workout takes 10 minutes to run through 1 time, but for maximal glute gains I recommend running through for a second or third set. We're going to work for 45 seconds on and then rest for 15 seconds. I explain form on all the exercises in the rest periods for how you get the right glute activation & recruitment in each movement.
