Description
Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session Monday! Today we're getting into a 10 minute strength training upper body workout. The goal of this workout is to build muscle and strengthen your upper body to help get that toned definition.
This is a dumbbell workout, but if you don't have dumbbells you can follow along with whatever weights or heavy objects you do have on hand (just make sure they weigh the same amount as each other). This is not just an average arm workout, this workout has 9 exercises that will target into the full upper body making this as efficient as possible.
This workout is great on it's own, but you can better maximize results and have a better muscle building and calorie burning effect if you can repeat the set 2 or 3 times. You can also pair it with one of my other workouts found in my workout with me playlist!
