Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session Monday!
Get ready to work up a sweat at home while making no noise with this silent workout. This cardio circuit is going to take a total of 15 minutes to complete. There are no repeats with the exercises, so every one will be new and exciting. There's no jumping in it which is going to keep it no to low impact depending on how ferocious you let yourself get ;)
We are working in intervals of 40 seconds on, and taking 20 second rest periods. I want you to push as hard as you can though so we really burn calories and also help improve our heart health. Truly rest though in the 20 seconds down, and if you need a longer break do feel free to pause the video and hop back in once you've caught your breath.
