Description

Here is my Rebounder HIIT with Weights Workout / Cardio, Strength and Core Circuit. This workout is a FULL BODY Workout, which uses the rebounder for low impact cardio. There is a total of 12 mins of rebounder cardio, but since there is very little rest time, the strength sections will act as cardio as well. We have 4 circuits of 3 exercises (2 strength and 1 rebounder cardio move). We will run through the circuits 2 times, working for 45 secs and resting for 15 secs. Once we have completed the 4 circuits, we will run through the 12 exercises one more time. I am using a set of 10 & 15 lbs in this video. Please use weights that challenge you, but remember that form is most important. At the end we will finish our workout with CORE work and a long relaxing stretch. Please take breaks at any time!
