Description

Here is my 30 MIN Rebounder Workout /No Repeats Upper Body Strength/ Low Impact. This Mini trampoline workout starts with 15 mins of fun continuous cardio. We will sweat through 7 moves for 50 secs each and then repeat the same combos one more time through. REMEMBER that the cardio workout comes from using your legs and pushing down into the trampoline. Most moves go down, rather than up! :) This takes practice, especially when you are jumping on one leg. If you are new, please focus on the foot work and the push down technique.

We will finish this workout with 15 NO REPEAT upper body and back focused strength exercises, working for 45 secs, with 15 secs of rest. I will be using a set of 8 and 10 lbs weights. If you are looking to lose weight and build lean muscle, then my workouts are for you!
