Description

Here is my 60 min Trampoline Workout/ Lower Body Sculpt/ Rebounder Cardio and Strength Workout/ Booty Burn. We have 3 strength and 3 cardio sections to this workout and we alternate between both. There is a total of 18 MINS of CARDIO, and the rest of the time is focused on thigh & booty barre and pilates exercises. Each cardio section has 3 moves, which will be repeated twice. Exercises will be performed for 50 secs, followed by a short break. Please take breaks at any time, as form is most important! You won't need any equipment for this workout, except your trampoline! We will start with a flowing warm up and end with a relaxing stretch.
