Description
Here is my Mini Trampoline Workout/ UPPER BODY SCULPT/ Cardio and Strength. This Rebounder Cardio workout with weights (JUMP FOR JOY) is perfect for weight loss and sculpting your upper body! I will be using one set of 8 lbs dumbbells in this workouts. Pick a weight that challenges you, but you can maintain good form. We have 2 cardio section and 2 upper body strength sections and they will alternate. Each section is between 7-10 mins in length and we end with a lovely stretch. In the strength sections, we will have no repeats, but we will work the same muscle groups to create a balanced and effective workout. We will be performing each exercise for 50 secs, followed by a 10 sec break. This will make the workout quite challenging, so please take more breaks if you need it.
