Description

Rebounder/ Mini Trampoline HIIT Circuit Workout/Cardio and Strength/ Dumbbell Workout. This High Intensity Interval Workout is perfect for weight loss and for strengthening your entire body. We will start with a dynamic warm up and then complete 4 circuits of 3 exercises. Each circuit has one cardio move, so there is a total of 12 MINS of CARDIO. Exercises will be performed for 40 secs, with 20 secs rest. Each circuit will be performed 2 times, then we will go through all 12 exercises one more time through. We will end with 5 mins of serious core work and then end with, of course, a sweet well deserved stretch! Have FUN! :)
