Description

This HIIT YOGA class is full of drills that are designed to strengthen your handstand practice! You will still get some cardio, strength and mobility in but this time with a focus on HANDSTANDS! Think shoulders and core strength, hamstring and hip flexor mobility and then lots of ways to jump into handstands with control and even some wall practice. I can’t wait to hear how it goes!

If you are concerned with your control, please make sure you have a lot of open space around you so you don’t fall into anything. Or you can practice with a wall behind you. If you are completely new to handstands, I recommend my 10 steps to handstand class first!
