Description

One minute jump rope (or any cardio move you wish!) followed by 20 reps of a compound exercise. If you’ve taken my classes, you know I always throw in some fun and creative moves. Grab weights for the first 2, then the rest are body weight or animal flow inspired. Can’t wait to hear how it goes!
