Happy New Year's! This no-repeat exercise class has 21 different exercises to celebrate 2021!! All the intervals include 40 seconds of work with 20 secs of rest. Fun combinations of cardio moves and strength exercises (using light dumbbells) are utilized to give you a full body workout. A dynamic warm-up is directly included into the 21 exercise series, maximizing the workout time. The class concludes with cool-down & stretching. This class offers both high & low impact options & requires a set of light weights.
