Hi guys! Welcome back to my channel for a 20 minute cardio workout session!

This bodyweight cardio circuit is going to have you sweating buckets and taking names. I hope you enjoy the change of scenery from my condo to this beautiful Hawaiian landscaping. But just because I'm outside doesn't mean you have to be, you can easily do this at home or in the gym.

While this is not technically a true hiit workout because of shorter rest periods, it's still interval training which means it's going to be a very calorie burning cardio workout. (True HIIT workouts have shorter working periods of 100% max effort and minutes of rest) The intervals are set up today for 40 seconds on, and 20 seconds off. I encourage you to really push yourself during the 40 second working periods and rest for the full 20 seconds. While you rest work on your catching your breath, get a sip of water and prepare for what's to come.

The exercise selection is set up in a pyramid style, which means we're going to work through a list of 10 exercises, and then work back down the list of 10 exercises. The exercises all build off each other intensity wise, it's going to be one heck of a cardio burn. This requires no equipment, but do have water on hand
