Grab a long resistance band and join me in this 25 minute circuit-style workout!

Here's the details:

Equipment needed- Medium to light resistance tubing (with handles), yoga mat and water

3 Circuit Blocks

3 Exercises each

30 seconds/10 seconds rest

Repeat two times

The band I'm using is Light and I've had it for years, so the colors in the links that I'm providing may not match exactly:-). These bands last FOREVER since they are braided and extra tough! Well worth the investment.
