This high intensity interval training at-home fitness class will burn up to 650 calories in just 50 minutes! This cardio-sculpt HIIT class alternates between cardio exercises & strength training exercises, to give you a total body workout. Each set includes 40 secs of work, with 20 seconds of rest. Fun, combinations of lower body exercises (lunges, squats, leg lifts, etc) are paired with upper body exercises to maximize this full- body workout. This home exercise class offers several modifications, making a great workout for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
