Happy New Year! Kicking off a fresh, new year is a 25-minute, full body, no equipment workout that will make you sweat and get back into the post-holiday fitness groove. If you've been out of your regular fitness routine or new to starting an exercise program, this workout is PERFECT for you! No equipment is needed, just a mat, some water and a little bit of space.
The Workout:
Warm-up~ :30-4:20
3 Blocks//3 Exercises each//Repeat two times
30 seconds on/10 seconds rest
(Longer periods of rest between blocks when viewing upcoming exercises)
Cool-down and stretch NOT included, so make sure to do on your own!
