Description
Here is my Beginner Trampoline Workout With Light Hand Weights. This is a short and sweet beginner rebounder workout that introduces light hand weights. This is an interval class, in which we will work for 40 secs with 10 secs break. Try and work your way up to bouncing for the whole workout, but of course take the rest if you are building up your endurance. This is a great class to prepare you for my more challenging mini trampoline workouts.
