Description

Rebounder HIIT Tabata Workout / Cardio // Advanced Rebounder Workout. We will be working for 20 secs and actively resting for 10 secs. We have 4 circuits with 2 moves and we will be repeating the circuits 3 times though back to back. We will finish by running through all 8 moves one more time through. Challenge yourself by pushing down into the trampoline, move quickly and use your upper body. Most importantly pay attention to your form and move in good alignment!
