Description

This intense cardio workout will make you sweat & burn hundreds of calories! Every exercise includes 40 seconds of heart- pumping cardio, followed by 20 secs of rest. This high intensity interval training class begins with a warm-up, which is followed by 4 circuits of exercises, & completed with a cool down & stretching. The power intervals include fun combinations of jump squats, kickboxing moves, high knees, skater taps, e.t.c. This class requires no equipment, and since it's a fully- standing workout, you don't even need a mat. Modifications are offered to accommodate all fitness levels.
