Description

Here is my Cardio & Strength Rebounding Workout // 45 Min Workout At Home . In this rebounder workout will work our whole body using one long thera band and our own own body weight. I will be using a set of 2 lb leg weights, but only use leg weights if you are confident with your alignment and experienced on the mini trampoline. We have cardio and strength intervals, ending with core work and a relaxing stretch!
