BEST EXERCISES FOR SHOULDERS. I've always loved working shoulders. This shoulder routine will definitely pack on muscle and shape the shoulders.
Do all exercises resting as long as you need to in between so you can progress at a safe pace. Here is a little guideline you can follow depending on your fitness goals:
FOR SHAPING AND TONIING: 15-20 REPS
FOR STRENGTH: 10-12 REPS
FOR SIZE: 4-6 REPS
