Description
Welcome to today's thighs & booty workout! This workout will slim & tone your legs at home using just your bodyweight. These are some of my favorite exercises to really lean out the legs and tone the booty. This workout at home is great for when you're short on time and want to get in a solid thighs and booty session using no equipment.
This was such a fun thighs & booty workout and was pilates inspired, I love the gentle, low impact exercises that you find in pilates workouts to really tone and sculpt toned thighs. This is a great inner thigh and outer thigh workout, where we will be hitting the legs at all angles and the toning your butt too. Ow oww slim thighs round booty, am I right!?
This no equipment leg and booty workout consists of 40 seconds of work with a 20 second rest in between. We will be doing standing kickbacks, lying leg lifts, donkey kicks and more!! Take breaks where needed, this is YOUR workout and I'm so stoked you're here!!
New to RESET? This workout program has TONS of variety, we will be working on strength training, balance training, hiit training, tabata workouts, pilates inspired, barre inspired and SO much more!! This 8 week at home workout program includes no equipment workouts, workouts that incorporate a resistance band or weights, as well as workouts that require a step, this is just the beginning. You can expect lots of different styles of training coming your way, we are going to have so much fun.
Before any workout on the channel, be sure to warm up for at least five minutes - also have your water and sweat towel nearby.
