Ooooh yes, today is your legs & glutes workout at home!! This was a beauty of a legs and booty workout using dumbbells and a pair of ankle weights. The ankle weights are optional, if you don't have a pair you can absolutely do bodyweight! This workout at home will tone those beautiful legs and develop a round booty wooohoooo ow owww!!
This is a quick at home workout where we will start with glute activation using a band to really fire up those glutes before we jump into our session. To really increase the intensity, make sure to push your knees apart as far as you can to put the greatest amount of tension on your resistance band. After this we will hit a solid leg session using just our dumbbells, followed by exercises using just ankle weights, you're going to feel the burn!! 🔥 🔥 🔥This toned legs round booty workout is low impact, perfect for an apartment as we move through a variety of leg exercises and glute exercises that will be no jumping!!
This leg workout includes compound movements that work multiple muscles at the same time. Quads, glutes, hamstrings will all be firing in these leg exercises, and then we will hit some solid glute isolation exercises at the end of our session. Get ready to sweat in this leg and booty workout, it was a doozy!!
New to RESET? This workout program has TONS of variety, we will be working on strength training, balance training, hiit training, tabata workouts, pilates inspired, barre inspired and SO much more!! This 8 week at home workout program includes no equipment workouts, workouts that incorporate a resistance band or weights, as well as workouts that require a step, this is just the beginning. You can expect lots of different styles of training coming your way, we are going to have so much fun.
