Description
Here is my Mini Trampoline Workout With Weights / Interval Workout / Cardio + Strength/ CARDIO SWEAT. This total body rebounder workout with weights is an Interval Circuit style class, combining cardio with strength. We will be using one set of dumbbells. I will be using a set of 10 lbs (5 kg). In a lot of the exercises, we will be using only one weight, so make sure it is heavy enough to challenge you, but light enough to maintain good posture while bouncing. We will be working for 45 secs, with 15 secs rest and will be making our way through 31 exercises, with very few repeats (except for when we switch sides). Challenge yourself and push down into the trampoline! Take breaks if you need to just do your best! :)
