POWER YOGA! Join me for a quick workout for the ARMS & ABS! No equipment is needed for today’s yoga flow!

This 10 minute practice is both swift and energizing!

A quick practice to get those arms, abs and shoulders burning!

I am here to encourage you every single step of the way.

If things become challenging, BREATHE. Use the breath as a tool to help you dig in deeper. To persevere.

All levels are welcome to join. Feel free to take breaks as needed, drink some water, and explore options that work best for your body.
