Description
A gentle, mellow flow without all the chaturangas and planks! Perfect for those that are newer to vinyasa flow. This is a well rounded class that opens with a gentle twist and the reclining hand to big toe series (supine uttita hasta padangusthasana) which is terrific for the back.
