Description

An hour long restorative yoga class, something I like to affectionately call adult naptime! It's nice to have restorative classes in your regular mix of yoga practice, but these classes are especially ideal when you are feeling a little stressed out and overwhelmed and need permission to chill out and check in with yourself.

If you don't have classic yoga props, grabs some cushions of the couch, towels, scarves, belts, books, etc.
