Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session Monday!

Today I'm serving up hot a 15 minute cardio dumbbell workout. If you don't have weights you can still work up a sweat doing this as a bodyweight workout as well.

This cardio circuit is fast paced, low impact & apartment friendly. The intervals are 30/10. This one had to be kept lower impact due to the short rest periods, it would be unsafe on your joints to do that much jumping with little to no rest. So, no jumping today. BUT, don't underestimate the power of a low impact low rest workout. You're going to work up quite the sweat and your heart rate should get nice and elevated.
