Hey guys, welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session Monday.
Today's 20 minute dumbbell shoulder & tricep workout is going to help you build muscle for defined and toned arms.
This strength training shoulder workout is comprised of sets of 4 exercises, with the last exercise in each set being an ab workout. (Spoiler, it's a plank variation 😬) There's 3 different sets of 4, and you will repeat each set 2x. Between exercises in the sets you get 10 seconds to transition into the next exercise, but between each set you get a full 30 seconds rest to allow your muscles to recover. If you're not into the full technicalities, just know that this is going to be an intense shoulder workout, and there's going to be some serious muscle burn going on here! To help counter some of the burn, I added a cool down exercise and also a couple stretches in at the very end.
