Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another no equipment, at home workout session Monday!

Today we're going to be doing a 10 minute six pack Ab Workout. This workout is going to build muscle to lay the foundation for a strong and sexy core.

While your body fat percentage is going to dictate whether or not you have a defined six pack or a flat stomach, and your diet will control weight loss, you still want to have a strong core. Plus your abs are like all other muscles, you have to work them out!

This workout will work your entire core, we target the upper and lower abdominals as well as the obliques and even the hip flexors. There are no repeats throughout the workout and there's a total of 14 exercises (one is unilateral so we will do it on both sides 😉).
