Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session Monday! Today we're going to be doing a 20 minute dumbbell back workout

Having a strong back is beneficial as it may help improve your posture, reduce low back pain, and overall give a more balanced look. It can also help create more of an illusion of an hourglass figure.

Todays strength training dumbbell back & biceps workout is 10 different exercises split into sets of 3-4 exercises. Between each exercise you have 10 seconds to transition and rest, and between each set you get to rest for 30 seconds. Each set is repeated 2 times before moving on.

The only equipment you need today is dumbbells, or anything you may have with a little weight to it, and a sturdy surface to brace yourself on for some of the exercises. I am also utilizing my yoga mat for a couple of the movements, but it is not a necessity.
