Hey guys, welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session.
Todays workout is a 15 minute high intensity, low impact cardio workout. This is going to work up a sweat while keeping things nice and gentle on the knees.
I talk through the rest periods to explain the exercise that's to come. The intervals are 30 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Push yourself as much as you can in the 30 second intervals to make this as effective as possible.
This bodyweight cardio circuit is going to help you burn calories while keeping things nice and quiet in the process. You need no equipment and there's virtually no jumping, one exercise has a little tiny hop to it but you can also do it without the hop if you need it to be taken down a notch.
