Welcome to today's shoulder workout at home! This dumbbell only workout is only 15 minutes long, perfect for days where you may be short on time. I LOVE working the shoulders, I always feel so pumped up after a killer shoulder session.

This 15 minute at home shoulder workout is follow along, all exercises that are up next will be on the screen during your rest period. Today was a wicked fun set up, we will perform 3 exercises for 45 seconds each, followed by a 15 second rest in between. OnCe we complete those 3 exercises, we will have a 2 and a half minute AMRAP where we will complete those 3 exercises for 5 reps each as many rounds as possible. All details will be on the screen, simply just follow along. This is a fun one, I hope you enjoy it:)

Keep in mind while training today to keep your core engaged with a slight bend in your knees. For your raises, maintain a slight bend at your elbows and avoid fully locking out.

New to RESET? This workout program has TONS of variety, we will be working on strength training, balance training, hiit training, tabata workouts, pilates inspired, barre inspired and SO much more!! This 8 week at home workout program includes no equipment workouts, workouts that incorporate a resistance band or weights, as well as workouts that require a step, this is just the beginning. You can expect lots of different styles of training coming your way, we are going to have so much fun.

Before any workout on the channel, be sure to warm up for at least five minutes - also have your water and sweat towel nearby. Take breaks when needed, this is YOUR workout and I'm so glad you took time out of your day to workout with me!
