Tone & Tighten is meant to be a challenge!! It is tough, but so worth it! My philosophy is: if it doesn't challenge you, what the hell are you doing it for?! So take this workout for what it is. Have fun with me! Even if you only do two things today, AWESOME! You have something to work towards! Keep at it!

This 45 minute T&T HIIT workout targets the core and glutes/quads. I usually incorporates gliders, but not today! Torture devices are optional, but I will be using a resistance band, and blocks.
