This fun and challenging 45 min low impact high intensity workout will definitely burn calories. We will start with a warm up and bounce our way through this sweaty cardio routine! This workout will leave you feeling energized and accomplished, although....some may need to to take a nap afterwards!!! Please listen to your body and take breaks at any time. Remember that your endurance will improve with practice. To get the best results, push down into the trampoline, engage your core and use your lower body strength! If you are looking to lose weight, make sure to include strength training into your fitness regime. Check out my strength and cardio rebounder workout.
