Hi guys! Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session!

Today we're changing things up a little bit and doing a 200 squat challenge. This quad & butt workout is going to have everything burning. This is a bodyweight workout so you need no equipment!

The rest periods are short, but the good news is you're working out in real time with me so you're not in this alone. Every squat variation will target into your legs and glutes slightly differently, and there's no repeats. (Unless you want to go through this workout for a 2nd or 3rd set 🤔) Feel free to add weight to this, but be warned, this is a burner of a quad workout without.
