Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session Monday!
For todays workout we're going to be focusing in for a 20 minute core & glutes workout! We'll be down on the floor for the entire session and you need no equipment as it's a bodyweight workout. There's no squats and also no jumping, so you can grow your glutes in a low impact fashion! If you want to add a booty band on some of the moves you can, but it's not necessary at all!
This workout has a lot of 2 in 1 exercises which will allow you to work both your abs & booty at once. We're going to be targeting into the 3 different muscle sections of our glutes for a well rounded booty burn. You're also going to feel a lot of core activation as we're targeting into the entire core as well!
