Description

This no-equipment, at-home fitness class will burn tons of calories & tone the whole body. This high-intensity interval training class combines cardio exercises & strength exercises, while using only low-impact moves. Modifications are offered, making this class appropriate for all fitness levels. Each interval is 40 secs of work with 20 secs of rest. The warm-up is built-into the first set of intervals, and the class concludes with a cool-down and stretch. Expect fun combinations of squats, lunges, planks, crunches, and low-impact cardio moves.
