20-minute abs & glutes fitness class! This at-home workout targets the muscles of the core & the lower body. This workout class combines planks, crunches, inner-thigh exercises, side-laying leg lifts, and glute exercises to help you lose belly-fat and sculpt & tone the booty. It's continuous flow, alternating between glute exercises and core exercises. This class is low-impact and involved no equipment (except a mat or soft surface). Modifications are offered making this class suitable for all fitness levels.
